We use your data solely to handle your request: to call you back, confirm the details and arrange a technician visit. We don't use your data for marketing or advertising, and we don't sell it to third parties.

3. Transfer and processing of data

To handle requests we use the Make (Integromat) automation service. Through it, the request data is sent to Telegram (as a notification to the technician) and stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for record-keeping. These services process data on their own servers under their own privacy policies.

4. Storage and deletion

We keep your data for as long as it takes to handle your request and follow up. You have the right to ask us to change or delete your data, and to withdraw your consent to its processing — to do so, email info@boilermaster.ge.

5. Cookies

The Site doesn't use cookies for tracking and doesn't collect data about your behavior through analytics systems. When you visit the Site, standard technical records (IP address, browser type) may be stored on servers; these don't identify you personally.

6. Children's data

The Site isn't intended to collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data without parental consent, email info@boilermaster.ge — we'll delete it.
